Bere Regis Primary and Pre-School

On behalf of the pupils, staff and governors, I am delighted to welcome you to our school website. We hope that it provides a flavour of daily school life at Bere Regis and encourages you to find out more about us. 

Bere Regis is a happy, friendly village school with strong sense of community, where all children and adults are encouraged to achieve their potential in a creative and supportive learning environment. We believe that everyone should be celebrated for their uniqueness; our aim is to help them succeed, by fulfilling their potential in every aspect of school life: academic, social, personal, physical and spiritual.  

Our dedicated staff work hard to provide stimulating, challenging learning opportunities through which children acquire essential skills and knowledge to take them forward in their next stage of learning.  We aim to provide a vibrant, creative and meaningful curriculum which inspires children to learn, and allows them to make connections with their own experiences. We also help them develop a sense of enquiry and nurture the essential characteristics which will help them make a positive contribution to wider society as they grow, such as resilience and responsibility. 

Our work is underpinned by building strong partnerships with parents/carers and the wider school community. We aim to work in partnership, to ensure that together we can provide the best for the children.
